Maynard "Red" Aurand Memorial Park
Located at Huntley Drive and 24 Mile Road. Park hours are 8:00 am to dusk. This park offers 2 baseball diamonds, a soccer field, basketball courts, sledding hill, plenty of open space to take a walk, toss Frisbee of fly a kite. It has a large playscape and swing sets along with a 80 x 200 skate park that is an outdoor ice rink in the winter. It also offers a skateboard park. There is a pavilion available for rental as well as restrooms. For pavilion rental groups of 10 or more a permit is required. Please call the recreation center for more information at 586-725-0291.

Walter and Mary Burke Park (Downtown Waterfront Park)
Located at the foot of Washington Street. Park hours are 8:00 am to dusk. This water front park offers picnic facilities, a swimming area, beach, volleyball, tether ball, two playscapes, a new boardwalk with benchs to view Anchor Bay. There is a 190 foot dock extenting into the lake. Fishing is allowed in designated areas. There are grills, an outdoor pavilion and an enclosed pavilion. Ruedisale Point Park
Located at the end of Ruedisale Street. Park hours are 8:00 am to dusk. This park features swings, slides, picnic tables, a grill, trees and a gravel parking area with portable restrooms supplied during summer months. This is a pet friendly park. Leashed pets are allowed. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet!
